One almost hopes the ambiguity between "victory" and "peace" was intentional after GWB's visit to Rhode Island and his bizarre speech at the Naval War College. Otherwise, the larger signal out the White House is mostly confusion ... and even more denial.
Besides all the gesticulations, could Bush's preoccupation with, and various attempts to connect with the audience during the subsequent Kennebunkport fish-op also signal the baiter-in-chief's concern that he's sinking into irrelevance?
