I just hope it is a 50 state race still. I think Obama can still win, unless the media chooses to make it all over right now.
Incidentally, at some point over the last 24 hours I saw a picture of what looked like Clinton's victory rally and almost everyone around her was conspicuously holding signs with the word "CHANGE" largely printed on them, saying "working toward change" or something. I thought it was really interesting those signs were appearing all of a sudden, and for a split second when I first glanced at the Obama "Change we can believe in" signs above I couldn't tell whose rally I was looking at. Now I can't find that picture. Does anyone know where that might be?

First I want to say that I appreciate Alan's photographs. I haven't commented much because there are just so many of them that I found it hard to pin down particular thoughts. But one thing that did come through was the emphasis on the voters, the people, rather than the candidate. That is not the emphasis we get on the MSM.
The next thing I was reminded of by the photo of Michelle Obama, is the toll this takes on the spouses of the candidates. We heard it the other day in Bill's lashing out and we see it here in Michelle's face which cannot hide her disappointment. I watched her speech, or rather talk, the other day on C-span and she was brilliant and totally at ease.

Will there be an open convention? I mean if Hillary and Obama split the delegates or Edwards gets enough to make a strong showing and put the race in doubt, the Democratic convention would be an interesting one to watch.
Same on the Republican side.
